What are you working on?

• Genres: Action, Adventure, Puzzle, Racing, Role-playing, Simulation, Strategy, Music / Rhythm
• Platforms: PC, Mobile, Browser, iOS, Android, Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Leading projects on the different direction 

• Quality control of the work of artists in the team (vendors)

• Organization of the work of the team in the framework of the project and a specific task

• Assisting and problem-solving in the team related to the artistic and technical component of the project

• High-quality Modeling and Texturing 3D content

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience of working in stylized projects

• Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

• Ability to create UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.)

• Materials creation in Substance Designer

• Work experience in the role of project lead

• High standards of work quality and artistic taste

• Ability to objectively evaluate the work of others and give constructive feedback

• Experience in managing remote teams

• Experience in rendering (in VRay, Arnold, etc.) a plus

What is important for us in a person?

• Upper-Intermediate English level and above

• Have a good understanding of the rigging and animation process

• Drawing skills

• Teamwork skills
