We are Scienart Games, an independent game development studio focused on PC and console projects. In September 2024, we released our first title: the co-op open-world tavern simulator, Ale & Tale Tavern. The game was well-received by players, giving us confidence in the direction we’ve chosen.

We are currently expanding our studio and are looking for professionals with experience in the PC and console markets. Experience in mobile games is not an issue, but a strong background in PC development will be a key factor for candidates.

Our studio is fully independent and self-funded, without relying on external financing from publishers or investors. At the moment, we are working on new features for Ale & Tale Tavern. At the same time, we’re preparing to launch new projects in the near future, which will also be developed for PC.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Designing gameplay mechanics and concepts for new games.

  • Maintaining game design documentation.

  • Collaborating with developers, artists, and other team members to implement game ideas.

  • Analyzing and improving existing game systems.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of experience as a game designer, primarily with PC and console games, supported by a portfolio.

  • Proficiency in Russian and English.

  • Understanding of basic programming, 3D modeling, and working with Unity.

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Miro, or their equivalents.

  • Clear and articulate communication skills with the ability to explain ideas effectively.
