Values ​​Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev,  is looking for a specialist for the role of Head of Studio for our clients. We often help startups form a core team that will develop new products, whether it would be the AAA project on PC and Console or a new f2p mobile game

• Platforms: PC, Mobile, Console, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Operational management of the team and the company as a whole;

• Development of the current project;

• New product launch;

• Formation of the HR brand of the company;

• Setting goals for the coming year.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in managing companies or teams of 30+ people.

• Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and lead, recruit and develop teams.

• Experience in the release and operation of commercially successful projects.

• Good knowledge of internet marketing.

• Understanding of web development processes.

• Product oriented person.

• The ability to build and optimize processes without slipping into bureaucracy.

• The ability to be tactically flexible without losing strategic focus.
